These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of TikTheftAuto5 (the “App”), a personal Windows desktop tool that may connect TikTok account login and TikTok LIVE interactions to local GTA Story Mode companion scripting.

1. Personal use

The App is provided for the personal use of the App owner / operator. It is not sold as a public consumer marketplace product. Access may be limited to the developer and invited testers.

2. Third-party services

The App may use TikTok Login Kit and related TikTok developer APIs. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

Gameplay features related to Grand Theft Auto require a legitimate copy of the game and may require third-party Script Hook software. The App is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the App only with accounts and devices you are authorized to control.
• Do not use the App to violate TikTok, platform, or game terms of service.
• Do not use the App for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
• GTA Online / multiplayer anti-cheat contexts are out of scope; Story Mode personal use only.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may break when TikTok, Windows, or game clients change. The operator is not liable for account penalties, game bans, data loss, or damages arising from use of the App.

5. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
